Our food packages are subsribed and paid on installments every month for the period of the programme
Yes. Every food programme has a default date on or before subscription for the month must be paid, If payment is made after that date it attracts a default fee. This is specified in the programme before subscrition
During subscription to our food programme, the subscription dialogue displays option for state and local government of your choice for pick-up. This is to enable us deliver the food items as close as possible to your location.
You are required to log in, click on the WALLET menu. Add funds to your wallet. After successfully adding funds to your wallet, navigate to the food programme and click Subscribe for new programme. If you had already subscribed, you can click on My Food Packages or Due payments on your dashboard, click on the month to be paid and proceed.
Yes. In your dashboard, you are provided with a referal link with which you can invite others. Our referral programme credits your bonus wallet each time your downline subscribed to a food programme
